6 months have gone by with a whisper, a scream, a kiss and a hug. Nathaniel is officially half way through his first year. It is true, as most parents have told us, each day continues to get better than the last. Watching a new person develop their personality, finding out his likes and dislikes, watching him figure out how the world works and how he can interact with it has been the most amazing thing I've done thus far. He's such a thoughtful, curious and interactive baby- he makes me feel the same way.
I'm so thankful for my incredible little family and the love and support we have for each other. On this half birthday, and 4th of July, I want to share my appreciation for the growing independence of my little guy as well as appreciate the dependence on each other that has gotten us this far. Enjoy your day everyone, along with the fireworks shows in honor of Nathaniel's half birthday :D

When am I going to have a photo on this great blog? Nathaniel is going to have a cousin in just a few weeks and we have no pictures on his aunt!! I guess i'll have to bring my own camera around and take photos of myself:) Love you guys.
now if only I could remember our camera :)
