a day
Nate and I have so very many full days. Days full of places to go, things to see, people to connect with. This past month was intensely full and there were days when I worried that Nate and I would forget what it was like to have 'nothing' to do. To have to chart our own course for a day; no errands to run, no one waiting for us to meet them, a genuine unplanned day. Last Friday finally provided us with such a day. And I couldn't believe I had spent even a moment worrying- of course Nate and I would have a great day- even better than that, it was an awesome day! Most of it involved snuggles and books, good chunks of it involved eating, but my favorite portion by far was going through an entire bottle of bubbles in one sitting (without any spillage) and having our neighbors come over to play in them with us. Just yet another reminder that sometimes, probably most times, no agenda is the best agenda.
